Guidelines on How to Use Your Wand or Staff
There are different types of wands: Light Wands, Meditation Wands, and Staffs. When it comes to using your wand, it is important to follow your heart and intuition. Some examples of how, and for what, to use them:
- It can help you with balancing your chakras: simply hold the wand in the left hand and gently touch or hold it close to the body in the area needed.
- Aids in angelic/outer-world communication: hold the wand upwards while in meditation or communication.
- Aids in healing sessions by enhancing the energy flow: keep it next to the body of the ones that are being healed, or point it towards the places that require energetic assistance.
- Helps re-center your inner self when having anxiety attacks.
- Opens and closes portals.
- Removal of blockages.
- Regeneration of earth energy flow.
- Aids in activations and initiations, and more.
What is a Light Wand?
A light wand is an enhancer: a light tool to use to enhance your heart’s intentions. They are created for your own heart’s benefit and for the benefit of All.
What is a Meditation Wand?
A meditation wand is a tool to help calm and empty your mind, and to help facilitate a meditative state of mind.
What are Staffs?
Staffs are similar to light wands, as they are energy enhancers, yet with a stronger flow of energy.
These wands and staffs are uniquely created from intuitively picked fallen tree branches, stones and crystals, and decorated with leather, symbols and charms. Guided and directed by her guides, Wilhelmina puts together the wands from A to Z.
For light wands and staffs, the name is given at the end, which holds a deeper meaning of the purpose and future owner. The fact that you are drawn to one tells you that your essence knows how to use it.
The owner is known by spirit when Wilhelmina creates it. If you feel drawn to a light wand, contact Wilhelmina, and she will let you know if yours has been made, or still needs to be created.
Wand Creation History
I started creating wands around 2005/2006. I was told that I was going to create a wand. I was guided in the entire process; I got the right stick, stones and placement of the stones, to find out that the wand was not going to be for me, but for my husband. After this wand, I was guided to make others. Each time I was in the process of it, the owner announced her/himself. This continued until I learned that the fifth wand I was creating was mine. By then, it was clear that I needed to make these light wands for others.
Over time, I made close to two hundred, which found their rightful owners. The light wands were activated for their full use, and were used to aid in meditation, healing and guidance, as they enhanced the owners’ ability to do so. The stones were mirroring their light energy, which helped in the tasks that were to be fulfilled by the owners, in the past and the future.
For me, it was a great reunion when the owners announced themselves. I cannot explain how grateful I was, and am, to help create the creations that were and are ready to be made.
Around 2013, I was guided to make a different type of wand. The meditation wands came to birth. The meditation wand helps to empty your mind, so your higher self can be reached with greater ease. Know that you are responsible for actually allowing yourself to meditate. When it is your time to surrender to the silence, your true self can be recognized and embraced.
In 2016, I was guided to bring and activate some wands and staffs in the powerful vortexes of Sedona, Arizona. The staffs are a multitude of frequencies brought to one sound, that bounces off the grid’s surface into the essence of your being.
The acceleration of inner transformation that was enhanced in 2017 has altered the process of activation. The heart activation that used to be required is no longer required, as the ones that are ready to receive their wand or staff have established, or are establishing, the heart connection as soon as the wand or staff comes into their possession.
